Love the Cards? Passionate about the Sox?
Put your money where your passion is and help survivors of sex trafficking in St. Louis and Boston!
Between now and Game 1, post in the comments on this post the team you are supporting and the amount you are putting in the pot (e.g. Cardinals $50) which will go toward a nonprofit aiding trafficking survivors in either St. Louis (Magdalene SaintLouis) or Boston (Amirah).
We'll see which team's fans can put the most money in the pot (bragging rights for generosity!) and then at the end of the series we'll provide weblinks where you can click and donate to the winner (honor system, as we are all honorable people!)
Mike Kinman, Dean of Christ Church Cathedral in St. Louis, MO, Jep Streit, Dean of the Cathedral Church of St. Paul in Boston, Manny Faria, rector of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Beverly, MA, and Tricia Roland-Hamilton, executive director of Magdalene St. Louis are starting off with a $100 each to get the pot going.
Come on Boston and St. Louis fans ... put your money where your baseball passion is ... and help some women who need to know they are loved and not forgotten.
